I wish to share an insight that may be helpful to everyone today. We have been trained in our cultures and societies all of our lives to look OUTSIDE ourselves for help. We have been trained to listen to religion, government, teachers, parents, doctors, anyone who is assumed to be more aware or to have higher authority to tell us what to do. While outside perspectives are useful, we should never rely entirely on outside sources to make our choices for us.

At the same time that we are going through this awakening process and rising into higher levels of consciousness, we are also aware that the power to heal lies within each of us. We know that we have to do our own inner work. The Pleiadians tell us all the time that we can heal ourselves. This is something that is actually possible. However, the problem is that when we do not heal ourselves automatically through our own inner work, we attach to a belief system that says something is "wrong" with us or we turn back to the old programing of looking for something outside of us to change our issues or make a difference, asking the questions, "When is it going to happen? When am I going to get help?"

What I have found within myself that I think may be helpful for everyone is a balance between inner and outer. Yes, of course we have to do our own inner work. All healing begins from within. We have to clear out our shadows, examine our situations, look at our relationships, listen to our hearts – all of these things are necessary for healing to occur. That is the most important and appropriate thing that we can do. But there are also outer things that we can use to support our inner growth and our healing, a melding or a marriage of both. There are supplements that we can take, not to heal us completely or make us well, but to support us as we listen to our bodies' needs and make better choices for health as we rise into higher awareness and more balance. There are tinctures and herbs we can use from the gifts of the Plant kingdom; there are health advisors who can offer perspective and suggestions that may assist one's healing journey; there are all kinds of outer things that are necessary for individuals to add into their healing regime to reach a place of balance and health.

What I am talking about here is a place where we have cosmic awareness of the energies that are coming in, heart connection to our body's inner guidance, and a real balance between our choices of what we do with supplements to take, foods to eat, what we engage with visually and auditorily, how our relationships are or are not balanced, and what perspectives from others we choose to include because they match our own inner guidance, examining how the inner and the outer merge together in a harmonic marriage.

I am sharing this with you today to encourage you not to feel like you are failing if you are doing all your inner work and your physicality is not changing quickly enough. Or if your situation has not changed, and you are still waiting for something outside of you to change it. Do not focus upon what you cannot change, believing that you are a failure, making yourself sink deeper into that sense of failure. Instead, change what you CAN change by changing your perspective, making more body-led choices, beginning to see how the outer and the inner work together, and empowering yourself to become all of who you can be.

If this way of approaching healing is appealing to you, do all that you can by listening to your own body and heart. If you find you need an outer perspective to find your own inner balance, you can choose to have a session with me where we can talk about what is out of balance in your world and how you can take suggestions into your heart and see if they match for you to raise yourself higher into another level of awareness and balance.

Or you can seek the Pleiadian perspective, which is much broader than mine, although they have taught Cullen and me a lot!

These things are available to you to get a different perspective and learn how to use the inner and the outer together in balance. I hope this is helpful for you!

I also wish to share a poem channelled by a friend that reflects on Balance:

With love,

Pia
